How do I place an order?

What information do you need from me?

To help us create the perfect promotional products for your brand, we’ll need the following details:

  • Logo/Artwork: A high-resolution version of your logo or design, preferably in a vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF).
  • Product Choice: Select the promotional items you wish to customise.
  • Quantity: Indicate how many items you would like to order.
  • Customisation Details: Specify where on the product you would like your logo placed; our Brandily team will provide you with the available options.
  • Shipping Information: Provide your delivery address and preferred shipping date.
  • Ideas: If you're unsure which products would best suit your needs, feel free to ask, and let us know if you have a budget in mind. Our Brandily team is happy to provide ideas and suggestions tailored to your goals.

Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer undecorated samples on the majority of our products. Samples are a great way to check the quality of a product before placing a full order. Simply speak with our team, and we’ll arrange for a sample to be delivered to you. (Please note that samples may sometimes be chargeable).

What format do you need me to send my logo in, and what if I do not have that format?

To decorate your products, we will need a vector file format of your logo, such as AI, EPS, or PDF. If you don’t have your logo in this format, simply send us the highest resolution version you have, and our design team can redraw it for you.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes, to make things easier for you, we keep your logo on file. This way, the next time you need to place an order, we already have everything ready to go, speeding up the process and making it more convenient for you.

How quickly can I have my products?

Typically, the artwork and sign-off process takes 3-5 business days before your products go into production. Production time (depending on the product and quantity) usually takes up to 5 business days, followed by shipping to your required destination.
Overall, the process from start to finish usually takes around 2-3 weeks. For larger orders, this timeline can be extended by 1-2 weeks.

Why are the exact prices not shown on the website?

Prices for promotional products can vary based on several factors, including the quantity you require, the type of decoration (e.g., screen printing, embroidery), and any other specific customisation or packaging requests. Due to these variables, it’s difficult to provide a one-size-fits-all price directly on the website.

Can I order below the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most of the time, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) displayed on a product page cannot be changed. However, we advise you to call and speak with one of our team members, and we will assist you if possible.
MOQs are in place because setting up the machines for printing is costly and time-consuming. Reducing the quantity would significantly increase the cost of each item, so the MOQ helps keep prices reasonable for our customers.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we offer rush production and shipping options for an additional fee. If you need your items faster, contact us to discuss your timeline, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at Brandily within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be a replacement or refund.

Can I reorder an item I purchased previously?

Yes, if you’ve ordered from us before, we can easily process a reorder. Just provide us with the order details or the design you’d like to repeat, and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I have my order delivered to multiple locations?

Yes, we can accommodate split delivery locations for most products. Please note that this option will be more expensive than delivering to a single location.
